Biochem Core a group within CIMO-IPB is completely satisfied with the Sci-meet team and platform, team attention was spotless and bullet-efficient, but beyond customer and technical service, the platform helped immensely on the organization of our congress, saving lots of time and human resources in the reception, organization, and selection of presented work, as well as handling inscription, payments, and automatization on certificates and highlight emails. One of my responsibilities is events management and organisation. For several years I have been working with the Sci-meet platform for scientific meetings, and I couldn´t be more satisfied with this solution and with the efficient and helpful support of the staff. It would be unthinkable to hold dozens of events in a year, sometimes simultaneously, without Sci-meet. The platform allows the configuration of the event, the attendee registration, the submission of abstracts with the indication of: approved/request for correction or refused, billing and payment and also the setting of email alerts for the various situations automatically, as well as the respective participation and abstract certificates. Anyone who works with the events organization quickly realizes that this platform is undoubtedly indispensable, simplifying and saving days and days of exhausting work from the point of view of the administrator, the accountant and the reviewer.
